Strangely, this isn't really a beginning, more a continuation than anything else. Hi. I'm Sally. I used to blog about knitting and crocheting, and I may still do that from time to time. I also spin yarn now too, and so I might talk about spinning wheels, alpacas, the qualities of fleece, roving, and other things that most people find inordinately boring.
I haven't blogged since the beginning of this year. I guess I just got tired of it. But every once in a while, I feel the urge to write. So that's what I'm going to do. Some of my posts might be sad, some might be dumb. I might rant. We'll see what happens.
So I called this blog the Memory Drawer because my head gets cluttered with too many things sometimes, and I feel the need to purge. I know that these memories and thoughts and impressions will be here for a while, so I feel safe putting them here and letting go of them so I can move on and clutter my head with other, perhaps more important, things. One can hope anyway, can't one?
So stop by and read if you like. Leave a comment. Or not. Maybe I can help you understand something better, or maybe you can help me understand something better. I think that will be the overall goal of this blog - for things to be better, whether it is for me or someone else.
Thanks for stopping by.
